Give and get support around quitting
I quit vaping on August 14th. I got through the 3 worst days of withdrawal. I then became really motivated and happy to have quit. About a week into quitting I became very emotional and depressed. I then got overwhelmed with sadness and vaped that day. Since then, I haven’t vaped in 2 days, but I am still extremely emotional and depressed. I’m not sure if this is a normal issue I just have to work past? Advice would be very helpful
Most likely you are experiencing a lack of dopamine. Nicotine actually makes an artificial dopamine connection which if not replaced feels like sadness. The good news is that it can be replaced naturally:

Play a game, exercise if you can, smile, help somebody, ....the list is endless.

Those are the normal ups and downs of quitting and as Thomas said are probably a result of the dopamine from nicotine leaving your system and you finding new ways to replace it. Thomas has given you a good list for referral. Do not give in to smoking or vaping. Tell yourself a crave or mood swing never killed anyone and persevere. There WILL be tough times but you can do this.
Throw out all the vaping stuff so you won't be tempted next time.
What AnnetteMM said. Keeping the supply around is giving yourself permission to fail.
Exercise is one of the best mood enhancers...even marching in place or doing a few sets of stairs works. Getting the heart rate up produces the dopamine you are missing from nicotine!
Hang in there - your body DOES adjust - but you must be patient.

Welcome to the Ex. Congrats on your decision to quit. This was very normal for me. I had few physical withdrawal symptoms. Mine was definitely more emotional--feelings of sadness and crying for no reason. Work to make it through this period. It should pass with time, if not then discuss with a doctor. Exercise is a great way to increase dopamine. Keep yourself moving and just go for a walk. Staying busy really helped me a lot. You can do this. Reach out if and when you need help. Do not worry ! Its absolutely normal.
Becoming emotional is good, but sadness is not.
Watch videos which gives good information on how you benefit after quitting..... you will feel better.
Also watch those videos which are on all ill effects of smoking. By looking at it you find, you have taken good decision, and sadness will go.
You would feel blessed, after some days of quitting.
May be good idea to go for long walk if that suits you and the environment outside. Walking is best medicine, if walked naturally, and positive mind.
and no no non....no vaping henceforth. It is destructive...wanted to write distract mind, buts it one and the same in the current context.
