How do i get free patches?

How do I receive the nicotine patches? I am struggling to do this without help!

I called 1-800-quitnow and received 2 weeks of patches and 2 boxes of lozenges. 14 Equate patches cost $26.00 at walmart which is much cheaper than 14 packs of cigarettes.
