Its the same as ciggs, after 3 days get tough and last 3 weeks to a month. Drink water, juice for blood sugar... Use candy, lollipop, gum, mint... Exercise helped me tremendously, when i got that anxious feeling i worked out or went for a walk. Deep breathing
