Welcome to the Ex.  I hope you don't mean us.  If so, sorry we haven't responded.   Tell us more.   Have you quit already?   Are you using an aid?   Have been reading material on the Ex?

Sorry you have not been able to get any help with your craves.  Your doctor can prescribe medication or you can call 1-800-QUITNOW and see if your state offers patches or gum.

If you tell us a little about yourself, we might be able to help you...education about nicotine as an addiction is one of the first steps, support from others who know what quitting is like is essential...
