    Happy Tuesday!!  How’s it going?  I got some things done yesterday.  The AA meeting was a good time.  

    How is your quit going?  I don’t think I have had any urges or cravings for a long time!!  Neither does my mind drift back to the smoking days!!  It did take a while to stop them.  Stay with it!!  It’s worth it!!  Namaste

Happy Tuesday, Mike.  Hope it is lovely where you are.  I have been to the pool and I have finished my workout for today.  Had to do that earlier than usual because of the heat and humidity.  One more really hot day according to the forecast, I sure hope they are right.
