    Happy Tuesday!!  How’s your week going?  I really like my new yoga mat!!  Yesterday at AA I read.  

    I sure am glad I am over all the cravings and urges!!  It took a while to get use to not smoking!!  Life after nicotine is a wonderful life!!  Stay with it!!  You will love it!!  Namaste
