I haven't had a cigarette in 3 weeks tomorrow, but I am using the JUUL some

for nicotine. So I guess it means that I really haven't quit. This has

been extremely easy and I am actively weening off the nicotine day by day.

I love not smoking cigarettes. I have also incorporated an exercise

program and am eating clean.

Welcome.  It's nice to meet you.  Not having a cigarette in 3 weeks is something to celebrate.  That's great, but got to work on that JUUL.  Some have quit that way, but it's still nicotine darn it.  Pick a  quit date and spend the time educating yourself about nicotine addiction and preparing.  A quit plan and support on this site are the path to success.   Exercising and eating clean are a part of your quit plan.  So take the next step.  We're here for you. So just reach out if you need support.

Welcome to EX cornelia0214, there are quite a few people on the site who are trying to get off JUUL or other e-cigarettes, Barbscloud‌ has given you some good advice.  Just like the nicotine addiction from smoking...it's another addiction.  You can do it, you can quit all of it.  We will help in any way that we can.
