Hi everyone,

    Happy Sunday!!  Here’s our day of rest.  The trip to the ocean was canceled.  There was a sign on the bulletin board I missed.  I went shopping instead and bought a new yoga mat.!!  

    Isn’t having today straight wonderful?  Smoking I never knew what I was missing!!  I actually dreaded the whole idea of quitting!!  Life on the other side is good!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste
