Connect with others living with health conditions
I can't stress enough how important it is to eat right and exercise throughout the day when you have lung impairment. That means 6-8 meals a day (very small) packed with good healthy foods like these and 12 15-minute sessions of exercise, including walking, weight lifting stretching, yoga, tai chi, swimming, or whatever you enjoy. My favorite is to do head stands with the granddaughters.
