day 1 was relatively (:( )easy.. because the focus and awareness was more..
day 2 cravings peaked.. but still was on guard
day 3 cravings peaked but so was confidence in dealing with it.. slowly getting used to doing something else during my smoking breaks..
today is day 4..11:30 AM.. my cravings have almost gone.. but i can see me dropping guard a bit.. that mind monkey which slowly comes up with new excuses even though there are no cravings..
so i came back to this site, re-read some of the recommended discussions, re-affirmed to the mind what i am trying to do and carrying on.....thank you guys
