Okay so I am not used to sharing online but here goes. Please note I am also learning how to use this site. I set my quit day weeks ago so I could gradually prepare myself to quit. I have been so excited!! Yet now that the day is near I feel overwhelming feelings of anxiety, sadness and fear??? Is this normal?
