    Happy Thursday!!  The week is flying by!!  We are having a heatwave here.  The temperature is in the nineties.  AA was a good time yesterday.  

    Finally we are free!!  It’s been a long hard road!!  It took me many years of wanting to quit!!  Then EX helped me bring it about!!  I was all but hopeless!!  Follow the advice on quitting!!  It works!!  Namaste

Happy Thursday Mike...very hot and oppressive, not good for us sensitive group...(lung person)...anyways, I get my hair done and normally walk there, but will be driving...and doing most things in the house...so glad I don’t smoke anymore... ~ Colleen 227 DOF
