If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.
hi to all and congrats to all whether it's been years or just a day. quitting is hard but each day is a step to recovery from this addiction and to your Freedom. It's so hard to believe it's been 7 1/2 years for me but i'm so glad i did it. some days it's still a struggle. but i know i'd rather struggle through that day than smoke again. smoking almost killed me then and almost killed my husband in November last year. i'm happy to say he hasn't smoked since then either. we are a smoke free home. i took what i learned here and helped him. so again, congrats to all of you. be proud of what you are doing.
Great to see you here Janice! And wonderful to know you've kept your quit and that your husband has almost an 8 month quit now. That's just great. You set a wonderful example. Cheers on your 7 and a half years. Never let it go!
Congrats to all celebrating milestones.
