Give and get support around quitting
just wondering if anyone is using a mobile app for trigger/cigarette tracking? I know there is a tracker on the site
that can be used- seems like an app would be more convenient. 6 days to my quit
CONGRATS 6 DAYS!
I use a mobile app called QuitGuide ...even as a journal you can type in daily... hope this helps you out..

I haven’t tracked how many cigs I’ve quit in my 6 months (wgoch is today). I just know I don’t buy cartons anymore and that varied a bit. Every now and then I’d buy a couple packs retail (as opposed to price club) because I was in a hurry. I know I saved a bunch, but that if offset by the replacements, but they are cheaper. All I remembermber I was less than a ack a day at usually 18. I’m sure there are apps for it. Someone here would know or you could check the app stoves.
