Based on your account it doesn't appear you have a health plan provider or employer that sponsors you with us.  If you believe you should be I can look into your account further.  If you aren't then you can contact your state's quitline at 800-QUIT-NOW or http://map.naquitline.org/ to see what is offered in your state.

I don’t know what state you reside in, but in Washington, I was able to get patches for free BUT only 2 weeks worth.  I think that is the limit per year here.  Have you called your states quit line?  It’s at least a start and they helped me start at 14 instead of 21 by my usage.
