    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  This afternoon and evening is the city’s Fourth of July celebration.  I don’t know if I will stay out for the fireworks or not.  It should be fun!!

    We can always celebrate another day of freedom from cigarettes!!  The nicotine monster had us in horrible slavery!!  Then EX set us free!!  Glory!!  Don’t look back!! That’s what we came out of!!  Namaste

Good morning....thanks for the post.  I have resolved to change my morning habits and instead of coffee and......I am making a post here.  A farmer doesn't take his needs to the field, he takes his seed.  Thanks again for a great seed.  My seed will be my deeds.  First deed, check in here and do an AA meeting.  My deed is to separate coffee and....You guys are sure an inspiration.  I was quit for 14 years and now am quit again.  This is a great tool
