Happy Wednesday!! I can't find the blog I wrote. It must have gotten lost. This morning I went to Save A lot and got some things. The yoga and mindfulness are going well. I started running the stairs for about five minutes.
Allen Carr says that the smoking life is nothing but an illusion. The cigarettes took over our minds and made us think we liked smoking!! Ex set us free!! Love it and cherish it!! Namaste
