    Happy Thursday!!  We are coming to the end of the work week.  How did your week go?  I had a good one.  It was sorta rainy.  Prayer meeting was nice last night.  

    The one puff or cigarette is nothing but a myth!!  It will only bring the nicotine monster back!!  He is nothing but sickness and slavery!!  Enjoy the new life!!  Namaste

Hey Mike.  My week has gone pretty well so far.  Got back to my step aerobics yesterday after about a year's absence.  Felt good!  Hope to get some more weeding done today and maybe a bike ride.  Smoke free is the way to be!
