Does anyone know how to stop getting the texts everyday.  I would rather get online a few times a day than get the texts twice a day.  Thank you.  They really did help for a while but I'm doing good.

I think if you go to your name up above on the right and click on preferences, you can select to opt out of them

so click on your avatar then select preferences

That's correct.   I don't hear people talk about them much.  They really helped me the week prior to my quit.

Are you talking about text messages or email notifications from the community?

If text messages you reply STOP to the number you receive them from. 

If you are talking about email notifications from the EX Community then you need to go to the discussion/blog/question you are getting notifications from and click Actions in upper right and then uncheck Following.

Wrong again!    Do the texts stop after a period of time?   I don't remember ever indicating to STOP, but it's been awhile.

No worries! They taper off and then stop. But the experience varies per person a bit as we customize it a bit to you.
