How do I stop notifications for a particular post?

No. And please stop asking me every hour. I haven’t smoked since Jan. 2 and I keep getting these messages asking me to play a game. Trying to move on from being a smoker and the constant queries don’t help.

You can easily unsubscribe from any discussion by logging in to the discussion.  Going to Actions in the upper right and unclick Following. The one you want to turn off is : https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/thread/17724-how-bout-a-game-race-to-20 

This will stop notifications for that post but will not turn off notifications for all content so you can continue to get the support you need.
