Hi all,

    Happy Sunday!!  And a happy Pentecost!!  I am celebrating with a chicken dinner.  The cake turned out okay.  It looks nice all decorated.  

    As Allen Carr says in his book,  “We are not only better prepared for the difficult times, but can enjoy the good times more!!”  Since quitting smoking, my good times are enriched very much!!  I am not always looking to go have a cigarette!!  Stick with it!!  You will never regret it!!  Namaste
