Hi,

    Happy Saturday!!  The weekend is here!!  Today I thought I would bake another cake.  I am going to try out my new cake decorating kit.  

    How is everybody’s quit going?  Now that I have some time in, things are pretty good!!  At first my mind really freaked out!!  It took a while to adjust to the nonsmoking life.  I am glad I stuck with it!!  There is a wonderful life without cigarettes!!  Namaste

Happy Saturday Mike...I am 187 days free and my recent goal has been getting to 200 days free....it is coming close...I am enjoying being an ex smoker...~ Enjoy the cake baking...~ Colleen
