Hello my name is Jenny i have just started this quit smoking stuff this morning, it is very hard for me . In my brain i have bought about ten packs of cigs today...the only reason i havent is because i understand that will not help only drive me more crazy so i buy none but it sure has been a challenge for sure . I heatr the hard part is over in a couple days then it all becomes phsycological I really want this i really need this i sure hope someone can help
