    Happy Friday!!  This morning I am doing the wash.  Later I will probably go to an AA meeting.  

    As Allen Carr says it’s all an illusion!!  Don’t be fooled. It’s a horrible thing, smoking!!  Nicotine addiction is miserable!!  Choose the good life!!  You can do it!!  Stay with it!!  Namaste
