Hi,

    Happy Friday!!  We are at the weekend again!!  Do you have any plans?  I guess I’ll go to the AA meeting at noon today.  Also I may go sit at the square.  

    For those just beginning their quit, is it getting easier yet?  I found as time passed; my mind and body got use to not smoking!!  There is light at the end of the tunnel!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!  Namaste

Happy Friday Mike, I am off to Publix’s to grocery shop the I am having two windows replaced...and hubby is in town this evening...Life is grand especially without the smokes...~ Colleen 158 DOF

Happy Friday Mike, you are so right as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and Vigilance then we'll all get to that point where we realize just how much better LIFE really is without the smokes and how great it is enjoying LIFE on LIFE'S Terms .....

Happy Friday, Mike.  I work tomorrow, as usual. It is supposed to be rainy weather all weekend...I suspect I will sleep on Sunday, that seems to be my usual M.O.
