    Happy Wednesday!!  Thank you very much for all the birthday wishes!!  I had a good time.  

    Isn’t it great when we are enjoying good times, we don’t have to interrupt them to go outside for a cigarette!!  We are able to enjoy them much more!!  There are so many advantages to stopping smoking!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!  Namaste
