If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

I honestly forgot about this site...and YES I am still smoke free. I kicked a 2+ pack a day habit back then and life has been great ever since. DO IT!!!
CONGRATULATIONS and thanks for stopping by to update all of us. 9 1/2 years of freedom is AWESOME!
So glad you piped up here. Just added you to our /blogs/Giulia-blog/2017/06/18/elders-list-ao-december-7-2016?sr=search&searchId=7bcfe1d3-1042-4ff0-a... Kudos on the the 1/2 years. Never let it go! And come back on you ten year milestone and let us celebrate with you! Your success breeds other successes and encourages the newly quit. Cheers!
5 YEARS Free as of this date!! My brother quit 2 weeks before me and when I saw his post about 5 years I hadn't realized it had been that long. I meant to stop in to let you all know that I am still quit but totally forgot. These last few weeks I have had some surprising little cravings that I have let pass. It reminds me that it can creep up at me any time and I just have to remember that I don't do that anymore.
Hearty Congratulations on your FIVE YEARS stmand92 When those cravings start creeping in, just pop in here and read some blogs. It's good quit maintenance. If we still want one (and what is a craving but wanting one), we're still vulnerable and have to watch our backs. You stay free!
Congratulations to all the quitters. Great job protecting your quit
