If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

No I did not reach that milestone. I quit April 15, 2019. The third week really is kind of squirmy. No craving a cigarette, I’m craving something to alter how I feel. It’ll pass but the last few months that I smoked was solely to avoid feeling psychological withdrawal. I had my house pressure washed today and they FORGOT to get the wall inside my porch—where I always smoked. It reeks & it’s stained. I may have to tackle that myself; I was so looking forward to removing the “evidence”.

Grngyrl‌ thanks for the update. Be sure you update your quit date via the following instructions. (How do I get my quit date to show on the community?‌). Something being pressure washed is always oddly satisfying
