    Happy Sunday!!  Soon it will be time for church and Sunday school.  The cake turned out pretty good for my first cake.  

    Isn’t it great to be leading a new life?  Things are so different now that I quit smoking!!  Spiritually I have much more peace.  I enjoy doing things I use to only think of!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike.  I've been in the bed most of the day.  Did too much outside yesterday and was run-in.  Have had my shower and now working my cigarette program.  Still feel like crap but you know what??  I'm not smoking and that is that.  Glad the cake was a success!!  Namaste.
