    Happy Friday!!!!!!   We are at the weekend again!!  What are your plans?  I thought I would bake a cake.  It will be a first for me.  

    Isn’t it sorta neat to learn life without nicotine?  After years and years of addiction, it’s fun learning to live life anew!!  I am enjoying trying new things I never did before.  Stay with it!!  Namaste
