    Happy Sunday!!!!  It’s time to get ready for church!!  We have communion today.  Yesterday I made some brownies.  They came out good.  Also I went to market.  I got some turmeric and sat at the square.  There were a lot of people at the square.’

    Isn’t it great we are off the nicotine?  It’s a terrible addictive drug that keeps you going up and down.  Great to be somewhat normal!!  For so long I was addicted.  Now my body has adjusted!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!  Namaste
