My top 3 "offenders" are:
1.) Being stressed
2.) Basic urges to smoke (withdrawal symptoms)
My biggest trigger in being in places that i use to smoke... Garage, porch, back yard. I am on my 8th day and doing better. The urge does not come as often. Not as bad as the last time i tried to quit. I just do not need to be around people that smoke right now.
Seeing other people smoking, driving and being bored!
The "reward" cigarette at the completion of a task. I still have a passing thought at those times.
A crisis - one of those "I wish I could take that back!" moments!
Anger, hands down.
