If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

3068 days and counting! The influence of the decision continues to pay dividends such as a much healthier and much more happier life. The cash I’ve saved is also awesome! More important is the person that I have become since I’ve faced the biggest monkey on my back, smacked it off and achieve the strength to know for sure that the monkey will never return.  I was a two pack smoker for 30 something years! I can remember the hold on me and my self confidence, how it so impacted me through time to be a smoker. How much work it took to smoke, to find a place, to find the time, which for me, was with coffee, throughout day and until I fell asleep. I’m 56 now and finally was fed up at 48. The prospect of my future has less worry each year. No more coughing, ever. It’s such a different life. See yourself in a new place and time, it will truly change you in the best way to walk away from cigarettes. If you’ve tried and started again, understand that this can be the process. Believe in yourself and make it your biggest goal, you will win the battle!!  For all of the other “Quitters”, Congrats and let’s keep moving in the same direction together!
