    Happy Thursday!!!!!!  Here comes the downside of the week!!  The snow is still melting.  My health physical is canceled for today.  

    The illusion is over!!  Cigarettes are damaging!!  They aren’t just a bad habit.  They’re killers!!  We don’t do that anymore!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!
