How can I stop?

When I was 13 years old my big brother had told me to try something with him I didn’t know what was it but I had told him yes. So we went outside he pulled out a blunt and I liked the feeling of it and the smell and now I can’t stop smoking it I do it every time I wake up, when I shower, whenever I’m sober I smoke.

What is a blunt? If it is another name for a cigarette, you have come to the right place.  Please go to My Quit Plan and read and participate by gaining knowledge about nicotine, withdrawals, quitting, and setting that date.  Also, preparing for your quit date like no other.  It takes work...but is so doable...Hope this helps you...~ Colleen

Addiction to marijuana is different than nicotine.  I would suggest you look for a group that deal with that specifically.  The fact that you are using whenever you are sober tells me there are a number of issues going on.  This group is not really set up to deal with those.
