That is my short term goal for the treadmill. I am an Ex since June 12. I strated working out again on the 23rd of June.
I am up to a regular 1.5 miles a day now 5 to 6 times a week. I want to do the 4 miles by the 3rd week of September.
I am up to 75 crunches every workout with between 65 and 95 lbs.
3 sets of 12 for the following. Usually alternating days for upper and lower. The core (abs) are done every workout.
3 sets of 12 bench. 110lbs
3 sets of 12 rowing 90lbs
3 sets of 12 lat machine 100
3 sets of 12 Curls 50lbs
3 sets of 12 triceps 70lbs

reverse leg curls all 3 sets of 12 approx. 120 lbs.
