Salsa Roasted Chicken

1 Whole Chicken
1 Med. to large jar of Salsa
salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pour salsa on top and get some in between the skin and meat. I use extra to use as sauce for a side dish of noodles or rice. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for about 10 minutes longer or until browned.
