Oven Potatoes
Enough potatoes for the number of people served! Usually 1 med. to large per person, will do.
1 Onion thinly sliced.
1 to 1 1/2 stick butter.
4 or 5 Garlic cloves ( minced)
Chicken broth/stock
Melt butter in skillet. Add potatoes, onions and salt and butter. Cook, covered for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tendering. Stirring and flipping a few times. Pour into casserole dish and just almost cover with broth/stock. Add fresh or ground herbs of choice to the top, cover tightly and bake about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or till browned.
