Potatoes

Oven Potatoes

Enough potatoes for the number of people served! Usually 1 med. to large per person, will do.

1 Onion thinly sliced.

1 to 1 1/2 stick butter.

4 or 5 Garlic cloves ( minced)

Chicken broth/stock

Melt butter in skillet. Add potatoes, onions and salt and butter. Cook, covered for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tendering. Stirring and flipping a few times. Pour into casserole dish and just almost cover with broth/stock. Add fresh or ground herbs of choice to the top, cover tightly and bake about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or till browned.

This is good with beer chicken. OR
Parsley Potatoes
Red potaoes cut up to size you want , add 1 stick of better ,cut up and a small handful of parsley. Pop in in the microwave til the potatoes are soft. Then put in ove of 350 until brown , uncovered or just stir fry it use oil instead o fthe butter .
