I really want to quit smoking, but I am feeling a little apprehensive that Ex will not be able to help me quit, because most quit smoking plans are not designed for smokers like me.
First, I smoke about one pack within three days. When I smoke I, don't smoke a whole cigarette, When I smoke I take 3-4 puffs and clip it. I may have a couple of puffs off the same cigarette for about 3 or 4 hours.
My question is, are there any successful quitters who once were clippers? If so can you give me some advice.
I'm planning a quit date for November 3rd.
