SOOOOOO..NO ONE ELSE IS HERE?

So I am here and looking at past comments...it seems that there is no one else here and that i will have to do this BY MY DAMN SELF!!! This is VERY VERY VERY sad and I am TRULY hoping that this is not true...=(

So (sorry to use to start a sentence again) here is to hoping that I ACTUALLY GET SOME RESPONSE FROM THE WORD OUT THERE SO THAT I AM NOT ALONE!!! PLEASE...=)

I'm here....just got on this group myself about a week ago.  It's been 144 days since my quit on Feb. 28, 2013.  Yes it's hard, but you can do it.  One second at a time, one minute at a time, one hour at a time then one day at a time.  Keeping busy is good.  Find a hobby and tackle it head on.  Exercise class may help.  It has helped me.  But remember on this site you are not alone!!!!!
