Hey there...I just turned 33 today..and I decided to quit smoking cold turkey today...please anyone...give me tips on how to stay smoke free

Welcome, Lisa!! Happy Birthday!! Wow!! Cold turkey on your birthday, huh? You're much braver than I!! LOL I wish I had some tips for you, but I've never tried to quit smoking. I'm scared as hell!! I know..I'm scared as hell too..I LOVE smoking...but I you know how socially unacceptable it's becoming..but I am going to try...its a personal goal of mine that I've been working on for the past 5 years...lol. Thanks for the support Michelle and I look forward to chatting with you soon. I hope someday when you're ready to quit, I can encourage and support you
