Occupy to Purify, Replace to Erase. Simple rules all can bide by. These things dont have to be anything drastic it could be something simple like going to the gym, chewing a piece of gum, write song lyrics, read a good book or even play a guitar! The point is i am going on 200 days now being quit and i have never felt better. You gotta have to spirit to hear it, a soul to feel whole, water to quench your thirst, and someone there telling you go and get it. Who is what you think to this blink twice it feels so nice.
