TWO WHOLE MONTHS!!!

I'm really excited to say that I have officially made it two months and three days without a cigarette!! WOOHOO!!

And, my older sister has quit smoking also and she is two weeks smoke-free which makes me very proud of the both of us. It's nice to feel like you've maybe inspired a few people to treat themselves better and be healthier.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of you celebrating your own milestones! You CAN do it!!
