Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

Congratulations to ALL of you, special shout out to jaxson1-16-14 who I still keep in touch with regularly. She quit the day she landed in ICU with an unknown reason for losing circulation in her foot. She has been through a LOT but she remains smoke free and is in the best shape of her life! CONGRATULATIONS, AGAIN, ANG with love.
