     Happy Friday!!!!!  Here comes the weekend!!!!!  Are you ready for it?  Yesterday I went to the bank.  Today is AA at noon.

    Aren’t you glad we no longer smoke?  It’s great not to smell like an ashtray!!!!!!  I can now do yoga and not smell smoke!!!!!!!  Also my life doesn’t revolve around a cigarette anymore!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!  Namaste

Goooood Evening Mike.  I sure am glad I don't smoke anymore and don't smell like an ashtray.  I've picked-up the pace on my exercise just recently and am reaping the benefits.  Breathing better.  Going up the steps better.  Flexibility is better.  Still awaiting the day I incorporate my yoga routine back in.  Can not wait for that day!  Or days to come!!  Namaste.
