Hi all,

     Happy Sunday!!!!!  I slept in a bit today.  It’s our day of rest again.  Our church is having a special Epiphany combined service.  The service is at 10.

     I started the new year reading some of Allen Carr’s book!!!!!!  The one ‘good ‘ cigarette is just a myth!!!!!  It will only get you back into the addiction!!!!!  Avoid it like the plague!!!!!!  We don’t do that anymore!!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!!  Namaste

Goooood Evening Mike.  Happy Sunday to you.  For it being a day of rest it was a busy day for me and I'm glad of it.  My Mother's Birthday Festivities and the whole clan was in.  So glad I don't smoke anymore.  No more nicotine for me thank goodness.  Namaste.
