    Happy Thursday!!!!!!  I hope you are having a good week!!!!!!  I went to AA yesterday.  Prayer meeting was canceled.  

    Soon it will be a new year!!!!!!  I hope 2019 is a smoke free year for everyone!!!!!  As the years go by, you will be glad you don’t do that anymore!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Namaste
