Hi,

    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!  Yesterday I got a haircut for Christmas.  Today is AA and this evening is prayer meeting.  I think I got the hang of this retirement!!!!!

     No cravings or urges!!!!!  My life has been that way a long time!!!!!   I know we only have today;  but things do get better!!!!!!  Remember we don’t do that anymore!!!!  You can do it!!!!!  Namaste
