In case anyone joins over night, I am planning on walking for 40 minutes. I am having 1/2 cup of Kashi go lean crisp cereal with a low fat strawberry yogurt for breakfast. I will be snacking on a mix of cold kidney and green beans through out the day. lunch is a tuna sandwhich on wheat bread with mixed fruit. Dinner will be fresh baby spinach, stewed tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, steamed over chicken and rice mixture. I cheat and use microwavable uncle bens rice! I love to cook but hate the dishes :) Anyone joining add your plan for the day and I will check back by 4pm to see where we are at!!
