Good morning everyone

Hi all,

    Happy Saturday!!!!!!  How’s it going?  Are you in the Spirit yet?  I am doing the wash.  It’s in the dryer.  

    Onwards the journey goes to the holidays in 2018!!!!!!  And a glorious time it is!!!!!!!  It’s great not to be smelling like smoke all the time!!!!!!!  Smoking is a smelly way of life!!!!!!  Now we are clean!!!!!!  Namaste

I'm up much earlier than usual ugh for 5:30 BUT I'm definitely in the spirit and it's absolutely awesome living a Smokefree Life and not smelling like a stinky old ashtray have a wonderful Saturday Mike.....

I don't stink anymore either!!  It sure is easy to to tell who smokes an who doesn't these days.  So sad.  It's been taking me a while to copy Allen Carr's pdf on quitting smoking.   It will be worth the wait.  Happy Holidays.  The spirit is here!!  Namaste
